1. Exchange Policy

Exchange policy will be applicable for only those orders in which wrong item has been delivered to customer. To exchange an item, please email customer service at customersupport@bookoasis.in. Once exchange request is accepted and confirmed by us, place the item securely in waterproof cardboard packaging and include your proof of purchase. Our courier partner will pick the parcel from your address.

Time window to initiate exchange: Exchange of item should be initiated within 72 hrs. of accepting the delivery.

Exchange criteria: If below listed criteria is met then only, we will accept exchange request.

• ● Wrong Bundle Received
• ● Damaged Item Received
• ● Page missing in Book

Terms of Return: Returning item should reach us in waterproof cardboard packaging. There should not be any marking or scribing.

Processing Time for Exchange: 15 days after receiving the returned material at the warehouse.

Applicability of delivery charges: No delivery charges will be applied for exchange request.

Refund: There will be no refund for exchange of items.
